Welcome to Kehrs Mill Estates

The legal trustee for the Kehrs Mill Estates Subdivision is the Kehrs Mill Estates Residents Association (KMERA).  The Residents Association is a Not-For-Profit Missouri Corporation comprised of 5 Board Members elected to office by the Kehrs Mill Estates Subdivision residents.  (Sometimes casually referred to as a Home Owners Association or HOA)

Your Board Members are your neighbors and work hard to maintain our neighborhood as a 'first class subdivision.'   There are many ways to become involved in our neighborhood.  If you are interested in getting involved, please get in touch with one of the Board Members.  Your participation in making KME a fun and safe neighborhood is welcome.  

The neighborhood has three water retention basins.  These are in place to help manage the rain and runoff throughout the neighborhood.  Thankfully, they are all in healthy condition and are maintained by the Board of Directors.  These are not considered 'common ground' as they reside on private property.   If you want to utilize the basin for recreation, you can do that only at the homeowner's discretion.
